UK Delivery

Delivery to the UK is free unless the item is shipped from outside the UK or EU. Shipping location and delivery estimates can be found on each product display page.

Custom duties, tax and VAT

Products shipped from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) which is set by UK customs.

These fees are calculated during customs clearance not before and are separate to the shipping cost you are charged when checking out. When you complete your purchase, you acknowledge that any customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, the shipper will contact you about these fees.  Delivery of your order will not take place until these fees are paid. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.

International Delivery

For non-UK delivery please request a shipping quote here. We will get back to you within 48 hours (not including weekends) with a quote.

Delivery for Additional and specialist items

Some products require specialist delivery. For some furniture, large items and art, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date with you.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

We are unable to change your delivery address once your order is confirmed and ready to ship. However, if your item has not shipped we may be able to change the delivery address for you. Please contact within 24hrs of placing your order and we will endeavour to update the address. You can access detailed tracking information via your Account.
