We hope that you are happy with your order at The Design Buzz. However, if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days by emailing customerservices@thedesignbuzz.com 

All returns must be received in their original packaging and unused. Items that do not pass our quality control check upon being received will not be accepted.

Made-To-Order Returns

Please note we cannot accept returns on made-to-order, customisable and special order products.

Returning Your Order From The UK

You can return your order using a shipping company of your choice or alternatively, you can book a collection with The Design Buzz. Please see the table below for estimated costs. This cost of this will be deducted from your refund due.

Returning You Order From Outside The UK

For orders outside of the UK you will have to arrange your own shipping company. 

Receiving Your Refund

Once your order has been received and passed our QC checks, a refund will be placed with 14 working days. Once the refund has been processed you will receive an email for us. Please note that depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 10 working days to reach your account.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. 

For made-to-order, customisable and special order products you will need to notify us of cancelation within 48 hours otherwise you may incur a charge.
